DISINFECTION
OSI operates in compliance with the guidelines and standards of AIISA (Italian Association of Aeraulic System Hygiene) – NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association). This means constantly carrying out regulatory and technical updates. The instrumentation used is certified and OSI operators undergo continuous training both on the best technologies available on the market and on the suitable products to be implemented.
- Remediation and sanitation of Air Handling Units (AHU) and aeraulic ducts
- Cleaning and sanitization of fan coils and splitters
- Chemical and microbiological analyzes and sampling on condensate collection water and surfaces and in the air (SAS) before and after sanitization and/or maintenance treatment in order to return a certificate attesting to the successful completion of the interventions.
ENVIRONMENTAL DISINFECTION
The disinfection of environments, to have maximum effectiveness, must be done after the normal cleansing and cleaning activity. The techniques we use are non-invasive and able to guarantee the total coverage of all spaces by the use of saturation.
The products used are all compliant with ministerial provisions with evidence guaranteed by the relative technical data sheets.
Thanks to the partnership with leading companies in the sector, we are able to guarantee the entire sanitization process (including initial cleansing, rodent control and disinfestation).

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND INSTALLATION
We carry out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on air treatment and conditioning systems. The operations are aimed at improving performance in terms of energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Our operators have F-GAS certification according to current legislation.
